Industrial Deafness / Hearing Loss Claims

Hearing loss claims deal with victims affected by the gradual loss of their hearing due to noisy working environment. This condition aggravates over time and it can end up in deafness. It cannot be treated, but once symptoms appear it can be prevented from worsening.

Signs of hearing loss and tinnitus

Tinnitus is a condition that can result from noise-induced hearing loss or from multiple other causes like wax build-up, brain tumours or ear infections. Tinnitus is often described as:

  • Ringing in the ears
  • Buzzing; Tinkling
  • Clicking
  • Roaring

Both hearing loss and tinnitus need treatment that might help rebuild hearing sensitivity by using several devices such as: Digital hearing aids; Middle ear implants.
