Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the equipment used to ensure workers’ protection against workplace injuries and includes:

Faulty or improper PPE cannot protect workers and might lead to injuries. In case the employer didn’t provide protective equipment and someone sustained injuries, the company is legally obliged to cover the damages, including present and future medical expenses, loss of working ability (lost earnings), travel expenses related to medical care, pain and suffering of the victim.


How long do I have to put in a compensation claim?

Usually you have three years to start legal proceedings for personal injury, however in the case of claims related to Asbestos or delayed symptoms you would have three years from the date the symptoms / causes were identified by a professional.
